All of these steps will take place on the website or mobile app. We may ask you to verify your identity if you call Customer Service for support, but walletprice will never contact you first to ask you for your password, verification passcodes, or security question.

Exchanges for a Different Size or Color
Exchanges are available for apparel, sports goods, shoes, baby products, jewelry, and watches that have a size or color variation.
The exchange item must meet the following criteria:
It's a different size or color than the return item.
The exchange item must meet the following criteria:
It's added in a quantity of one to the cart.
It's shipped and sold by walletprice.
It's not an Add-on Item.
It's not identical to the item being returned.
It's not marked as a gift in your cart.
Note: Items fulfilled by walletprice.com but sold by another seller can't be replaced, but can be returned.
You can exchange an item through Your Orders if your return item wasn't purchased with a promotion (except for free shipping promotions), the return item isn't subject to a restocking fee, the return item was purchased with a credit or debit card, and the exchange item meets the other eligibility criteria listed below.
Note: We can't process exchanges for gift returns and exchange items cannot be sent as gifts.
If the item doesn't have an exchange option or you received the item as a gift, you'll need to return the original item and place a new order.
To exchange an item:
Go to Your Orders and select Return or replace items beside the item you want to exchange.
Tip: If you don't see the order you're looking for, select the date on which you placed the order from the drop-down menu in the upper part of the page.
Select the item you want to exchange, and select a reason from the Reason for return menu. An exchange order will be created with the same shipping speed that was used on your original item. Use the return label provided to send your original item back. Return the original item within 30 days to avoid being charged for both the original and exchange items. contact walletprice if needed.
This policy refers to color and size exchanges only. walletprice doesn't price match.
If the item you're exchanging costs less than your original purchase, we'll refund you the difference. If the new item costs more, we'll charge you for the difference in price.

Replace a Damaged, Defective or Broken Item
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sold by walletprice, you can request a replacement for eligible items through Your Orders.
To replace an item:
Go to Your Orders and select Return or replace items beside the item you want to replace (if your order is from a Marketplace seller, you will need to select "Return items" and input a return reason on the next screen. You'll know it's a Marketplace order because the order details will show it was sold and fulfilled by a seller rather than walletprice).
Select the item that you want to replace and select a reason from the Reason for return menu.
If your item is ineligible for replacement, you will be asked to return it.
If you're replacing an item:
A replacement order, with the same shipping speed that was used on your original item, will be created. Use the return label provided to you to send your original item back. You'll need to return the original item within 3 days to avoid being charged for both the original and replacement items.
Returning items with personal data
If you're returning a mobile phone, camera, or any other storage device, remember to remove any passwords and any personal data contained in it before returning it. Don't send personal accessories not originally included with the item when purchased, for example, cases or external memory cards purchased separately.
When you return an item, your refund amount and refund method may vary. Check the payment method refunded and the status of your refund in Your Orders.
Note: All information on this page only relates to items bought from or Fulfilled by walletprice. Don't return items to walletprice that were bought on walletprice Marketplace and shipped to you by the seller.
How Long Do Refunds Take?
When returning an item, you have the option to choose your preferred refund method in the Online Returns Center.
After the carrier receives your item, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. We typically process returns within 3-5 business days after the carrier delivers the item to our Returns Center. When we complete processing your return, we issue a refund to the selected payment method. Learn how to Track Your Return.
If you want to use your refund without waiting for us to process your return, you can select the Instant Refund option, if available. Instant refunds are either refunded to your credit card or issued as an walletprice.com Gift Card balance. You'll still need to return your items within 30 days.
Once we issue your refund, it takes additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account. Refer to following table for more details.

Note: If you no longer have the physical pre-paid credit card, we still store the card within your account. You can use the card toward future purchases. For orders that used the walletprice Currency Converter, we issue the refund in your local currency using the same rate as the original order.
The type of refund or credit a gift recipient receives depends on how the giver purchased the gift and how the recipient returns the gift. For more information, go to Return a Gift.
walletprice may determine that a gift recipient is eligible for a refund without requiring a return. If a gift return is eligible for a refund without returning the item, the gift recipient receives a notification in the Returns Center or via Customer Service. For more information, go to Conditions of Use.
Partial Refunds or Restocking Fees
Items in original condition past the return window(used)* 80% of the item price
